Very poor design !

I purchased a personalized brush for a friend of mine and after a week of use the brush face pulled off. Very disappointing as this was a birthday present ! I'm hopeing after receiving this review I will be contacted and a replacement brush will be given. Rob Gentz

Excellent!

I had a wooden brush given to me years ago with the rounded tips, as it broke down looking for another to replace has been challenging. I found this one and it is even better than my older one! This brush has a nice feel it's put together well, and doesn't scratch my scalp plus it goes through my hair nicely! I highly recommend this brush.
